This includes Contact and Account Information such as your name, email address, phone number, detailed address, payment account number, and billing address. We also collect Identity and Regional Information, including your Government ID, currency, and country, which are necessary for verification, legal compliance, and transaction processing. Where applicable, we collect Biometric Data, which are physical details derived from photos and your address, strictly to perform necessary verification and security checks, and only with your explicit consent. Your Public Profile Information, including your business/service name, your name, gender, location, profile picture, listing photos, and business rules, is collected to be displayed publicly on the App.
Information Provided by Tourists/Guests
If you are a Tourist or Guest, we collect information required to complete bookings and transactions. This includes Contact and Account Information such as your name, email address, phone number, billing address, and other payment information. We also collect Identity and Regional Information such as your Government ID, home country, country of destination, and currency for verification and compliance purposes. Your Public Profile Information, including your name, bio, and profile picture, is collected and may be displayed to other users (like Hosts) to facilitate your bookings and community interaction.
Content and Communication Data
We collect User-Generated Content, including photos, videos, and any content you upload. We also collect Messages, which includes both the content and metadata of communications exchanged between users (e.g., chat logs between Hosts and Guests), and any information you provide when contacting us for Customer Support.

We use the collected information primarily to Provide, Maintain, and Improve Our Services, which involves processing transactions, offering customer support, and enhancing App functionality. A critical use is for Safety and Security—to verify user identities, conduct necessary security checks (especially using Government ID and Biometric Data where provided), prevent fraud, and enforce our terms. We use your data for Communication, such as sending important updates, security alerts, and support messages. We also use it for Personalization, tailoring content based on your profile, and for Legal Compliance to meet our obligations and resolve disputes.
4. How We Share Your Information
We assure you that we do not sell your personal information. We may share information with the following parties: Other Users (Hosts/Guests), where public profile information is shared to facilitate the necessary booking and service interaction. We share data with our payment and kyc Providers, which are third-party vendors handling critical functions like payment processing, data analysis, and IT services, who are contractually obligated to protect your data. We may also disclose information to Legal and Safety Authorities if required by law, subpoena, or if necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Liinae, our users, or the public. Finally, information may be shared in connection with a Business Transfer, such as a merger, sale of assets, or acquisition.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, comply with our legal obligations, and enforce our agreements.
